Quenching Hardening.There are many machining methods for gears in our factory, such as
casting, die forging, cold rolling, hot rolling, cutting and so on.
The most commonly used is cutting.
In the cutting process, the main SHU can be divided into two
methods, namely the profiling method and the generation method.
The most common method of profiling is to use disc or finger
milling cutter to machining tooth profile on universal milling
machine.
In the method of gear processing are: hobbing gear, gear, gear
grinding, shaving and so on.
Grinding and shaving are finishing methods.

Gears are mainly used in mechanical equipment such as gear
reducers, crushers, ball mills, steel mills, cement and mining
facilities and other machinery.
